About Dr. Malmanger

Curt Malmanger has taught mathematics at the high-school and college level every year since graduating from college in 1969. He joined the Maranatha faculty in August of 1988. Malmanger and his wife, Susan, have five married children (four have graduated from Maranatha) and several grandchildren. Two of their children are teaching math in Christian schools, two are serving full-time in Christian camp ministry, and the other is working as a Pre-K teacher in a Christian school ministry.

“I especially enjoy hunting and fishing as opportunities arise with my children and my brothers,” Dr. Malmanger says. “Canadian walleyes and Canadian blueberries make for some of the best eating possible.” Dr. Malmanger is also an assistant coach for the Maranatha football team.

Dr. Malmanger and his wife attend Calvary Baptist Church in Watertown, where he has served as deacon and Sunday school group leader.
