About Mr. Miller
Jeff Miller joined Maranatha’s faculty in 2010. He accepted Christ when he was 15 years old, thanks to the influence of a family he met in Railroad, Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller invested the previous eight years in teaching public speaking and set design as the Chair of Speech Communication Department for Northland International University. He has also taught at Emmanuel Baptist Christian Academy in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as well as Upper Bucks Christian School in Sellersville, Pennsylvania.
What Mr. Miller loves about teaching at Maranatha
“I love the level of expectation at Maranatha. It challenges our students to rise to the occasion and lead rather than take the path that is easiest and most pleasing to them. It will make them true ambassadors in an increasingly global world.”
In his free time, Mr. Miller enjoys reading the classics and junior fiction, as well as playing computer games, traveling, and having game nights with friends. He and his wife, Christina, have three children—Ethan, Trey, and Lyvia. They enjoy attending live theatrical productions together.
Mr. Miller and his wife sing in the church choir, provide special music, and teach Sunday School classes.
