About Mr. Price

Phil Price taught and coached on the high school level from 1995-2002, and has been a member of the Maranatha faculty since 2002. Mr. Price has had three articles about coaching football published in The Point After II, a magazine produced by the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association.

Personal

Phil Price was born into a Christian home with godly parents and learned the Bible from an early age. He made a profession of salvation at age 5 and was baptized. He had no doubts about his salvation until he went to college, where he was plagued with uncertainty about his relationship with Christ. Finally, as a senior in college, he received full assurance of salvation and was re-baptized. He met his wife, Kathleen, at Maranatha. They were married in 1995 and three children: Nathanael (born 12-5-00),  Benjamin (11-20-02), and Michael (8-11-05). He enjoys spending time with family, watching college and professional sports (especially Minnesota teams!), and playing golf. He also is an assistant football coach.

Ministry

Mr. Price, his wife, and children are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Watertown, where he works in the audio/visual ministry, serves on a bus route, and helps in children’s ministries.
