About Dr. Price

Dr. Price came to teach in Maranatha’s Bible and Church Ministries Department in 1984. He is currently Director of Ministry Services, which oversees student ministry in local churches as well as required internships for Biblical Studies, Youth Ministry, and Church Ministry majors.Dr. Price has served as a full-time youth pastor, a local church camp director, and four times as interim pastor.

Personal

Dr. Price has taught and coached football in Bible colleges since 1971. He met his wife, Colene, in Bible college and they now been married more than 40 years. They have three sons (all are teachers and coaches) and nine grandchildren.

Ministry

Dr. Price teaches adult Sunday school and enjoys doing camp work and church ministry conferences. Dr. and Mrs. Price especially enjoyed teaching a ministry class together at a Bible college in Pecs, Hungary, during the summer of 2008.  During the summer of 2009, Dr. and Mrs. Price were involved with several Christian education and family conferences and camps. They continue to be involved with these conferences throughout the school year and summer months.  Mrs. Price also speaks at women’s retreats and conferences.
