About Mr. Licht

William Licht has taught history and education classes at Maranatha since 1993. Prior to coming to Maranatha, he was involved in Christian education as both a teacher and a Christian school principal. Mr. Licht teaches in both the Humanities and Teacher Education departments and serves as a permanent member of Maranatha’s Academic Committee. He and his wife, Susan, have four children and two grandchildren.

Mr. Licht and his family serve at Fellowship Baptist Church in Watertown. His ministries have included being a deacon, serving as an usher, and substituting occasionally as a teacher for adult Sunday school classes.
