Office Management

OfficeManagement

Organizations need order to run well—and a good office manager provides order. Whether you want to serve in a fast-paced business office, faith-based nonprofit organization, or friendly church ministry, the Office Management minor will equip you to organize, manage, and distribute information with confidence and care. You’ll receive practical knowledge in office technology and methods as well as preparation for graduate school and more specialized fields of management.

In addition to studying management of profit and non-profit organizations, you’ll develop skills in the Microsoft Office software suite and in other office management procedures and functions. Maranatha is an authorized testing center for Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Word and Excel (Access and PowerPoint are optional). The ministry-oriented academic environment prepares students for a balanced professional and spiritual life.
