Prior to MBBC
: In high school, Jackson led his team to the WACS Class B Championship during his sophomore year. He was named the MVP of his team his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. He received the WACS (Wisconsin Association of Christian Schools) All Tournament award his sophomore, junior, and senior years. He also received the WACS All State award his sophomore and junior year. In his senior year he received the WACS Class A All State MVP award.

Personal: Jackson was born in Marinette, WI. His parents are Jeff and Lisa Miller who currently live in Marinette, WI. Jackson’s parents have been his greatest spiritual influence, while his older brother Kirk Miller was his greatest athletic influence. His favorite athlete is Lionel Messi. His favorite basketball memory is when his high school team won the WACS Class B championship his sophomore year. In his free time, Jackson loves bass fishing, and enjoys competing in bass fishing tournaments during the summer. Jackson’s brother (Kirk Miller) and sister (Sierra Miller) both graduated from Maranatha. Jackson’s life verse is Romans 8:1, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

2012-13 Season Stats and Highlights: Jackson saw action in 22 games for Maranatha last season. He averaged 14 minutes and 3 points per game while shooting almost 43% from the floor.
