Maranatha Baptist Bible College competes in five intercollegiate women’s sports–soccer, volleyball, cross country, basketball, and softball. The Crusaders are members of both the NCAA Division III and the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA). Maranatha competes in the tough Northern Athletics Conference, made up of 13 colleges and universities from Wisconsin and the Chicago area.
The mission of our Athletic Department is to develop leadership skills in the student-athlete through skilled training, godly mentoring, and intercollegiate competition. We firmly believe that intercollegiate athletics should promote the character development of participants, enhance the integrity of higher education, provide the opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and promote service and civility in our local churches and society as a whole.
