Assistant Coach – MBU Women’s Soccer
The assistant women’s soccer coach is responsible to assist the head coach in preparation of their team for competition. The season consists of: 18 games, plus pre-season and post-season potential in the NCCAA National Tournament. The start date is August 18, 2014, and ends November 15, 2014. Hours: approximately 16 per week, plus travel. Practice times: typically 3:00-5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except preseason). Campus Outlet Director
The Campus Outlet Director oversees the daily operations of the Maranatha Bookstore, the Maranatha mailroom, and the Old Main Cafe’. Head Coach – MBU Football
The men’s football team at Maranatha has a strong tradition of training men to be “To the Praise of His Glory.” The head coach develops young men to be leaders for Christ as well as preparing them to represent God and Maranatha in competition and life. Maranatha competes in the Association of Division III Independents, a NCAA Division III conference, as well as the National Christian College Athletic Association Division II. In addition to being a godly example himself and preparing the team for competition, the Head Coach is also responsible for budget management, summer camp, and other duties as assigned in the job description. In addition to a strong coaching resume, Maranatha is looking for someone with the academic credentials to teach Techniques of Coaching Football. Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness
The Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IRE) has a high level of responsibility at Maranatha. The IRE director is responsible for designing and implementing processes to collect, analyze, and use information to both assess the effectiveness of student learning and to measure university operations, outcomes and efficiencies for both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires the ability to work independently, to learn expectations related to data needs, and to draw upon institutional resources (faculty, staff, technical support and administration) to gather, analyze and report findings in a coherent and useful way. The IRE director has a primary role in defining and implementing the Strategic Plan across the campus and leading the strategic planning process.
