Bring your real-world experience into the classroom--teach online
Teaching online can be a rewarding and enjoyable experience. Many faculty would love to and are qualified to teach a course or two at a Christian college, but find it difficult to move from a current ministry or job.
Maranatha is now hiring and looking for instructors interested in teaching online. We provide in-house training and funding for external learning opportunities, so you can be prepared to teach online. Maranatha uses the Angel Learning Management System that can be accessed from any computer with internet access. The learning management system (LMS) allows you to post discussions, moderate forums, use dropboxes, post grades, and integrate videos online for your students.
Online faculty are hired on a class-by-class basis and may work for other colleges; however, Maranatha Online reserves the right to not hire a faculty member teaching at an institution whose association may not be positive for the college.
If you're interested in teaching online, please email us (online@mbbc.edu) or submit a faculty application.
