Jennifer Olt is currently an Assistant Professor in the Applied Science Department at Maranatha. Prior to joining Maranatha, she served as the Science Department Chair at McNeil High School in Austin, Texas, as well as an Adjunct Professor for Pensacola State College and a Biology teacher at Escambia High School in Pensacola, Florida. During her time with Pensacola State College and Escambia High School, she worked concurrently for two years as the Lead Instructor for a national professional development initiative to improve the quality of middle school science teaching.

She currently teaches General Biology I online, as well as assorted residential classes in zoology and environmental science.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, as well as jogging and scrapbooking.
