After serving in Christian schools for over twenty- one years, Jerry and his wife Marcele came to Maranatha Baptist Bible College in 1994. Jerry teaches a number of different literature, writing, and composition courses in the college, as well as courses such as American Masterpieces and Creative Writing for Maranatha Online. He and Marcele have three children and two grandchildren. He has a variety of interests such as reading, remodeling his house, and NASCAR.
