Favorite part of teaching online:
My favorite part of teaching online is the flexibility and the students. I absolutely love the students that I have had the opportunity to get to know and to know what they are passionate about. I really love to encourage and mentor them and show them that they can accomplish all things through Christ as He has called them to do. It is amazing to me to challenge the students that to be a minister for Christ does not necessarily mean that you can only do so through the traditional means of pastoral ministry or missions, but we can all be faithful ministers of Christ no matter what vocation we choose to be in where He has gifted us.
