Before coming to Maranatha, Ray Steinbart spent 24 years serving in the military. Mr. Steinbart worked as a combat engineer but also served in the information systems field in various capacities. In 2002, he came to Maranatha to teach and to serve as a technical support specialist. He recently has started teaching computer courses for Maranatha Online as well. He and his wife, Mary, have seven children and three grandsons. In his spare time, Mr. Steinbart enjoys photography, bicycle riding, and woodworking.
