Kill Two Birds with One Stone: Dual Enrollment.
If you want your college course to count as high school credit, have your principal (or mom or dad, if you’re homeschooled) talk with us. It’s their choice whether to allow you to count the course as dual enrollment, but you might be able to take the English college course and have it count for your high school course. Think of it as a way to get an honors high school course.
If you’re not planning to attend Maranatha, make sure that your college will accept dual credit. Most do, but you should double-check.

If you haven’t figured it out yet, most college programs are full of lots of credits–and some of those credits might be more interesting than others. If you have basic courses out of the way, you can take more interesting electives or even add a fun minor–like photography or video.
