Publications/ Presentation Topics
- Dr. Meyer is the author and presenter of the Upstream Seminar, a sexual purity seminar for men. He presents this seminar at local churches and men's retreats.
- Dr. Meyer's favorite speaking topics include Biblical/theolgoical studies, counseling (including addictions), parent/teen relatonships, ministry in times of crisis, overcoming stress, and sexual purity.
About Dr. Meyer
After pastoring for 5 years, working in Christian education since 1993, school administration for 3 years, and counseling for 10 years, Dr. Meyer has garnered plenty of experience to teach at Maranatha, where he has been on faculty since 2002. He received his M. Div. and D. Min. from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary and studied at the Jerusalem Center for Biblical Studies. He and his wife, Kathy, have four children. In his free time, Dr. Meyer enjoys woodworking and reading.
Dr. Meyer's Ministry
Dr. Meyer and his family attend Calvary Baptist Church of Watertown, where he team teaches an adult Sunday school class, sings in the choir, provides counseling services, and serves on the school board of Calvary Baptist Christian School.
