The Quality Planning Team
The Quality Planning Team ("QPT") oversees, tracks, monitors, and encourages quality work on campus. The QPT procedures and policies are documented and explained in the QPT Quality Manual. Quality Unit leaders can meet with the QPT to discuss their Quality Action Projects ("QAPs") and receive advice and feedback. QAPs being developed and carried out by Quality Units follow Six Stages. The QPT also meets with the Quality Unit leaders to provide training in quality improvement processes.
