  • The Modern World I & II: An overview of historical influences on modern-day society
  • Historical Method & Philosophy: An examination of how history is produced by analyzing the tools and techniques used, and the philosophies that guide how history is written.
  • Introduction to Geography: A brief examination of geographic influence on human cultures around the world
  • US History II: An examination of American History from Reconstruction to the modern era, with a focus on the ideologies, technologies, events, and leading individuals that shaped our nation’s past.
  • Twentieth Century History: The history of the past century's ideologies and conflicts and their formation of a global society
  • Asian History: Overview of the history of "Monsoon Asia" from its origins to the modern era
  • Microsoft Access: Using Access as an introduction to database design and usage.
  • Intro to Sociology: An examination of group interactions and their influences on human behavior including policy formation and social change

About Mr. Zwolanek

Professor Zwolanek has been a part of Maranatha since 1995. He has been teaching computer applications in Maranatha's Department of Business since 1997 and in Maranatha's Humanities Department since 1998. He currently has Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert Certification in Access 2003 and Excel 2003. He and his wife, Lyssa, have two children, Daniel and Natalie.

Mr. Zwolanek's Ministry

Mr. Zwolanek and his family attend First Baptist Church in Fort Atkinson, where he serves as a Sunday school teacher, deacon, usher, and in special music groups.
