The start of school means professors returning with new ideas for how to teach. All Fine Arts faculty members who have used Sony camcorders to work with their students love them. They would like to have one available at all times. Our project for this fall is to purchase two Sony Handycam Hard-Drive camcorders with their tripods and cases.
The July project was to provide special smartboards that will allow the teachers of tomorrow to share images from their computers with the entire class. We would like to purchase two special Dell laptops with the power and software to communicate with the smartboards.
The laptop and APEX software will be used in the football program and allows coaches to break down game film into offensive, defensive, and special-teams segmenting for scouting, analysis, highlights, and reports. This will help our coaches more effectively prepare for games in the rugged NAC.
