To prevent the spread of swine flu, please comply with the following directives:
1. If you become ill with a fever or respiratory illness contact the health center IMMEDIATELY and avoid encountering others in private or in public.
2. No one should be invited to attend our graduation events if they give evidence of a fever or flu-like symptoms.
3. Wash your hands often. Take your time (at least 15 seconds of scrubbing) and turn the faucet off using the paper towel with which you dried your hands.
4. Get plenty of rest. Eat a nourishing diet. Drink plenty of water.
5. Report any close contact that you may have had with someone who is ill with swine flu.
6. Sneeze or cough into a Kleenex then discard it. If you have no Kleenex, sneeze into your shoulder.
7. If you know of someone demonstrating flu symptoms and they have not been to the health center, please contact the health center on their behalf.
