Registration & Payment Info

Registration:

  • Registration for 2013 begins October 15, 2012.
  • All campers must register online (no paper registrations please).
  • A $35 registration deposit is due when registering. Registration will not be processed until the $35 fee is received.
  • Registration officially closes on July 1 for the purpose of adequate preparation and planning. Because we want to make camp the best experience possible, campers registering after the July 1 deadline must pay the regular camper rate.

Regular Camper Rates:

  • Oct 15-Feb 15: $270 (group rate is $135).
  • Feb 16-June 1: $320 (group rate is $160).
  • June 2-July 1: $370 (group rate is $185).

Group Camper Rates:

  • Home school, Church, School, or Studio groups of 10 or more receive a 50% discount of the camp rate at the time of registration. Example: If you register before Feb 15, your rate will be $135. If you register between Feb 16 and June 1, your rate is $160. If you register from June 2-July 1, your rate is $185.

Payment Policies:

  • Online payments only please.
  • A $35 registration fee is due when registering (the registration fee is applied towards camper tuition).
  • Camp payments are due in full on July 1 for the purpose of an expedient camper check-in experience.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be received in written form via email: janet.tschida@mbbc.edu. Refunds will not be given after July 1. Written refund requests received on or before July 1 will be charged a $35 administrative fee.
