Payment Options

Option 1:

  • Tuition payment in full on or before the first lesson

Option 2:

  • Tuition payment 1 due on or before the first lesson (Students will not be officially registered until the first payment is received.)
  • Tuition payment 2 due on or before October/February 10th
  • Tuition payment 3 due on or before November/March 10th
  • Tuition payment 4 due on or before December/April 10th

Payment Methods

  • Parents can access their account at anytime by logging into our billing program. Parents who do not know their log in info should contact Kara Burgess at kara.burgess@mbbc.edu.
  • If possible, after logging into the billing program, please pay using the online payment system.
  • Checks should be made payable to Maranatha Baptist Bible College. Checks can either be deposited in the “Preparatory Payment Lockbox” located in the first floor of Century House, or mail the check to the Prep School: Maranatha Attn. Janet Tschida 745 W Main Street Watertown, WI 53094
  • Statements will be emailed on a monthly basis. If you have any questions regarding your statement, please contact the prep school administrator listed on the statement.

Financial Policies

  • Payments are due by the 10th of the month. Late payments will be assessed a $10 late fee.
  • If the payment is not received within three weeks of the due date, future lessons will be canceled, and the lesson time will be opened to students on the waiting list.
  • Refunds will not be given for missed lessons/classes: see general policies.
  • The Semester Fee does not include fees for participating in professional evaluation programs (National Federation; National Guild; National Certificate, etc.) and the cost of materials such as lesson books, metronomes, flashcards, etc.
  • Students who register for lessons commit to paying for the semester of lessons. Director of the Prep School must receive a notice of intention to withdraw in writing. The effective date of withdrawal is the date that the written notice is received. Refunds will be considered only when the full semester of tuition has been paid, and if the student withdraws before the beginning of the fourth week of the semester. In such cases, the following will be refunded: 100% of the tuition is refundable if the student withdraws before classes or lessons begin; 75% is refundable during the first week; 50% during the second week; 25% during the third week of the semester. The first monthly payment securing the student’s registration and lesson time will not be refunded.
