Ministry Events

Maranatha places a high emphasis on ministry and encourages students to serve through special ministry events during the academic year.

The Fall and Winter Revival Meetings help set the spiritual tone for the upcoming semester. The annual Missions Conference showcases the need for global ministry and allows our students to make contact with missionaries that can encourage and inspire them to full-time vocational ministry. Special chapels during the school year present various ministries,  allowing students to mull God’s direction for their futures. The Bible Department annually selects two students to preach during a special chapel session in the spring. One of the most exciting days of the fall is Ministry Recruitment Day, when pastors from area partnering churches present their ministries and new students determine where they will serve during their first semester.

Maranatha has added a Church Planting Conference for October, 2012. The Conference features workshops by several alumni pastors who have established thriving church plants in California, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
